Delivery Information
UK Standard Delivery – FREE Nationwide
All UK orders are shipped via EVRi. Once the processing time is complete, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Estimated processing times are provided in each product description.
International Delivery – £50
We offer tracked international shipping via DHL, FedEx, or Skynet. Orders are dispatched after the processing period and usually arrive within 7–10 working days.
Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays are not considered working days.
Processing Times
Each piece is prepared with the utmost care. Processing times vary by product and are clearly stated in each item description. During periods of high demand, such as Ramadan and Eid, these times may be extended slightly to ensure exceptional quality.
Important Delivery Notice: Eid ul-Adha 2025
Please be advised that orders placed between 4th May 2025 and 20th June 2025 will be subject to extended processing times due to preparations for Eid ul-Adha, observed on 6th June 2025.
During this period, our tailors will prioritise the fulfilment of Eid orders to ensure timely delivery by 6th June 2025. As a result, all non-Eid orders placed after our Eid deadline (4th May) and between these dates will require up to 9-10 weeks for completion and dispatch.
If you have a specific deadline for your order, we strongly encourage you to inform us prior to placing your order. Please note that we will be unable to guarantee the standard 3–5 week turnaround time for any orders submitted during this period.
Please note: we will only honour shorter delivery timeframes if a specific delivery date has already been agreed upon prior to placing the order. We will not be able to fulfil orders within 2–3 weeks (priority service) unless this has been confirmed in advance. You may select priority service to receive your order sooner only if a delivery date has been discussed and agreed upon first. For customers selecting Priority Service, please note that if a delivery timeframe has been agreed which is sooner than 9 weeks (but not within the usual 2 to 3 week priority window), the priority fee will not be refundable. This fee will be used to expedite your order relative to the standard processing time, although delivery within 2 to 3 weeks cannot be guaranteed during this busy period.

Priority Service – £30

We offer a Priority Service with a faster turnaround of 2–3 weeks. This option is available at checkout.

✂️🧵 Processing & Delivery Timeline Explained
At BAHIRAH, each outfit is custom made with care. The process includes:
- 🧶 Cutting the fabric
- 🎀 Matching accessories
- 👗 Tailoring
- ✅ Final quality checks
This full process typically takes 3–5 weeks before your order is dispatched. However, for urgent orders, we offer a Fast Track 2–3 week processing option where the same steps are completed faster and your order is delivered sooner.
📅 How It Works — With Examples
🚚 Standard Processing (3–5 Weeks)
If you place an order on 1st August with standard processing:
- Processing (cutting, matching, tailoring, checks) is completed by 28th August – 5th September.
- Your order is then dispatched in the 5th or 6th week.
- 📨 Estimated delivery by around 12th September.
⚡️ Fast Track Processing (2–3 Weeks)
If you place the same order on 1st August with fast track 2–3 week processing:
- Your order is prioritised and completed by 17th–21st August.
- It is dispatched in the 3rd week.
- 📦 Estimated delivery by around 25th August (4th week)
