Please ensure all tailoring details are submitted at the time of ordering. Delays in providing this information may result in a delay in your delivery.

Important Delivery Notice: Eid ul-Adha 2025

Please be advised that orders placed between 4th May 2025 and 11th June 2025 will be subject to extended processing times due to preparations for Eid ul-Adha, observed on 6th June 2025.

During this period, our tailors will prioritise the fulfilment of Eid orders to ensure timely delivery by 6th June 2025. As a result, all non-Eid orders placed after our Eid deadline (4th May) and between these dates will require up to 9-10 weeks for completion and dispatch.

If you have a specific deadline for your order, we strongly encourage you to inform us prior to placing your order. Please note that we will be unable to guarantee the standard 3–5 week turnaround time for any orders submitted during this period.

Please note: we will only honour shorter delivery timeframes if a specific delivery date has already been agreed upon prior to placing the order. We will not be able to fulfil orders within 2–3 weeks (priority service) unless this has been confirmed in advance. You may select priority service to receive your order sooner only if a delivery date has been discussed and agreed upon first.
