Slight variation is possible in comparison to the model images shown due to additional add ins by the brands for advertisement purposes. Accessories are not provided that are shown in the model images such as bags.

Colour variation is also possible due to photography/the way your media device displays colour.

Exact embellishments such as laces are not provided by the designers as shown in the image for the unstitched versions, however we make every effort to closely match and add them to your stitched orders. To clarify, tassels and laces are not provided with the unstitched versions but will be added to stitched orders.

Since majority of these designs consist of handwork, loose threads may be visible on products. Sequins/beads may also get displaced, this is not due to poor handling but due to the nature of the delicate work.

To ensure your garment is tailored to suit your height, length measurements must be submitted via email along with your order details after placing your order. If measurements are not received, the garment will be stitched using standard lengths which may be shorter than required therefore please ensure you send your length requests. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the standard length is unsuitable for your height.

We understand some products may not resemble a modest look, therefore we do have the service to add lining in sleeves for opaque sleeves, add sleeves to sleeveless designs and add lining to visible backs. Please request these via email or in the order notes section at checkout. Changes to outfits may affect your ability to return.

Please be advised that restocks of our designs may feature slight variations in shade due to differences in fabric dyeing across production batches.
If you are placing a group order and require all pieces to match in shade, we strongly recommend placing the order together or contacting us in advance to request shade consistency.

Kindly note that we are unable to accept responsibility for shade differences between restocks, as such variations are a standard aspect of the production process.
