Returns & Exchanges
Please ensure you read the below before placing an order.There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you have purchased. We want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase, therefore if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return within 14 days period for an exchange upon the following conditions:
Product is UNSTITCHED and has not been stitched
All items must be in their original packaging.
You must include the original invoice.
Postage cost must be covered by yourself. We do advise, when returning your order, please use a tracked/recorded service, as we will not be able to issue your credit note/exchange if the parcel has been lost by 3rd party.
Please note, if for any reason you are not present at the time of delivery, and if the order is returned back to us, we will contact you and let you know. We may require you to cover for postage charges again. An invoice will be sent if this is the case.
We do not accept returns on the following products, PREMIUM CUSTOM TAILORED, STITCHED (ready to wear, XXS, XS, S , M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL, XXXL) or SALE products. Please ensure you read all description before placing an order.
Outfits that have been stitched according to your length we are unable to accept a return on.

Please note: Once your order has been returned and delivered to us, it will take 10-14 days to be checked and processed and then your refund will be issued. It can take-up to 14 working days for you refund to reflect into your account.
